Weekly, no. I clean it when it is dirty, whatever that time frame ends up being.

I will say I am EXTREMELY near-sighted, and since I am never showering with my glasses on or contacts in, I often don't realize how dirty it can really be. Sometimes I catch a glimpse of it out of the corner of my eye before I take out my contacts and I'm like ooooooooh damn, need to clean that. And it gets done.
