The Switch 2 reached my threshold of console exclusives I want so I can justify the purchase (Star Fox, OOT Remake, and new Fire Emblem)

Reformatting my PS4 and OG Switch so I can trade them in towards a Switch 2. Gonna pick up Star Fox today. Also trading in a bunch of old games I never play as well as my old school Nintendo strategy guides so interested to see how much I can knock down the price. And lest you worry, it’s a local game store not GameStop.

Between the PS4, Switch, assorted games and strategy guides I ended up with $300 trade in value.

Out the door with a Switch 2 and Star Fox for $225 after taxes

I remember reading a Cracked article back when those were a thing about why immortality would actually be terrible and one of the reasons was the longer you live, the greater your risk of being buried alive increases and I thought that was dumb. Now I'm less sure.
