Maybe you have a City Furniture in town? That's a good benchmark. We have another one down here called El Dorado which I think is franchised, but if not every state has its own local furniture store franchise. I'd say ikea furniture is a step below in quality, but the price is right. Never buy if it isn't on sale or clearance.

Stay away from used furniture off the internet.
