There is also the point that Buzbee has no reason to even submit evidence to the PD. There is a chance it helps his cases, but a bigger chance it just hurts them if they do nothing with it. Its certainly plausible that he doesn't get along with or trust people in the Houston PD / DA office, which is common in a lot of places. Regardless, he is currently winning the court of public opinion by a wide margin, esp. if you leave dumbass threads like Instagram comments. He doesn't have to have video evidence to win these civil suits. It is most likely in his, and his client's, best interest to not submit anything to the PD unless it becomes absolutely necessary.

I don't know what in the hell his lawyer is thinking. All this does it show he is using a VAST number of therapists for some reason (pretty obvious), which is odd in the first place. He likely wouldn't have made advances on every single one. If his goal was really just to find someone to help him with sports related muscle work, he would have found 2-3 that were best and regularly used the same ones. Or used the ones that the Texans employ, which I'm positive are better suited for the work than someone off Instagram...lmao\
