sounds like a hard thing to pin on an employer. if there was assault that took place with one of their employees outside their facility, take it up with the police. the employer can't take the complaint at face value without that and it not happening on their premises

the only way i can see this going against the texans is if they paid for the sessions, in which case the masseuses would become texan outside contractors which would also classify them as employees... i have a hard time believing that would happen though. for all the texans know deshaun could have been hiring prostitutes
