• Not being able to do much in the playoffs with the best WR, best RB, a HOF QB, and a strong defense
• Not being able to control the locker room
• Having the best players force their way off the team

if any of the first round qbs fall to 12 i'd be shocked if howie passed on them. they could also be in the market at pick 37 and have two second rounders battle it out.
