IIRC Futuba (adopted sister) is a year younger than MC and is a HS'er too. Still kinda gross cause she's a socially inept sheltered shut-in that basically gets won over by the first guy to be nice to her. And then the other 3 female members of your party are the same age or a year older. And then there's Shogi girl who is also in HS too again IIRC albeit I don't know her age. But yeah every other female confidant is in their 20's or older.

Futaba is who we're talking about. As she's sojiro's adopted daughter and he's a father figure towards the end of his arc to joker, the adopted sister designation works.
