Every now and then I remember a how Jon Stewart dunked on Tucker Carlson so hard he made him lose a show on CNN and yet here in 2022 Jon's got the reach of almost no one and Tucker is the most popular talkhead on the most popular 24 hour news network.
Well that and the rally to restore sanity.
Every so often, I wonder if Stewart didn't go off the air just before the election, maybe he could have put out something that might have nudged the results the other way by November.

I think there's approximately a 0% chance that Manchin flipped without knowing which way Sinema was going to vote.
It just sucks that Sinema is forcing this bankshot tax on the rich via corporate tax minimums instead of just bumping up a couple tax brackets instead.
TBF this is another one of those scary situations where everyone is dunking on the self-evidently stupid things a candidate says without realizing that most Americans are dumber than him. It's 2022. Saying dumb shit with confidence and having absolutely no shame makes you electable.
