A real law degree holder should know you can legally fire a parlimentarian who gives a ruling that you disagree with, replace them with one who will, and still pass a reconciliation bill without having to deal with the filibuster or a valid Supreme Court challenge

It's certainly procedural radicalism that not all 50 Democrats support and therefore won't happen but it's possible
