Voting should more take into account the ideas, revelant beliefs, and plans of an individual and not how well established in the political aristocracy they have become. Which is what I am equating experience to in this case. Experience is the ability to out maneuver others or cut rarer deals in politics. It matters, but it's not as important as it's made out to be.
Biden is no better a bipartisan statesman than the last dick he tried that same approach with, despite the massive experience.
