From what I read on reddit, and since it's reddit grain of salt, but it's not "technically" illegal to be a middle man and take $$ to forward info to the president. I guess since you're not paying the $250k for the pardon, just for the chance to ask for one or some shit. I don't know. But yeah Stone should be tossed back in jail immediately.
