Well, I'm glad that you enjoy it, because I was starting to think maybe you were a salty little bitch that gets offended when I point out dumb comments. I'm pleased that I was wrong though.

I mean the person who comes running in to defend guns anytime someone brings up gun control sounds like the salty bitch to me.
Bro mentioned gun legislation, not taking your precious little 2A away.
Idk man. Your comment was pretty dumb too. Guns have been around for hundreds of years, so comparing crimes now and way back then would be pretty irrelevant.
It’s an incredible use of technology to track down a serial killer.
Or maybe, and just imagine for a second here, I read the forums regularly and only reply when I have something to say instead of just chitchatting in every thread.
As far as the second amendment, it's mine and yours and everyone else's (well, mostly), and it's in the Constitution for good or ill, so any attempts at gun regulation have to be done in a way that doesn't violate it. Unless you want the current Supreme Court involved...
Bro's comment was still dumb and didn't really have anything to do with the Twitter post.
I mean, both comments are thoughtless.
The technology to catch serial murderers in the past is not the same used today, so the difference in the presence of firearms or not is stupid. Smart gun legislation is needed, but we don't live in the 1700s so it's reductive to think tech and laws then are even remotely applicable today.
We also used to own slaves and beating your wife was a biblical calling. Things are different now, so who cares about then? Like, is it even an applicable or productive argument to focus on taking away rights when the issue shouldn't really be an issue?
Hey congrats, we have cameras that can catch slave owning wife beaters but your right to discuss why the problem needs to have a more effective solution so it's not really a problem shall not be infringed!
Friend of mine in the Vegas area just got an active shooter alert for UNLV.

The suspect claimed to have solved the Zodiac killer’s famous cipher, naming a well-known suspect. He also wrote that he had “lived in Georgia, Iowa, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Virginia and Wyoming. In my travels, I especially enjoyed Jackson Hole, The Outer Banks, Key West … and, of course, Durham.” His strongest academic ties appear to have been in North Carolina.
In a section on his website about cracking various mysteries, he posted an article he wrote called, “What Really Happened to Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370.”
“This theory posits that MH370 was a failed radical terrorist hijacking, with the intent of using the plane to destroy the twin Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur,” the page says.

A 13-year-old boy has been arrested and accused of planning a mass shooting at a synagogue in Ohio, court documents show.
The incident is from September 1st, before the war. He was caught because he posted his detailed plan on Discord.
The Supreme Court declined to overturn Illinois assault weapons and high capacity magazine ban.
I thought they just didn't issue a stay, they may still take up the case on appeal.
