One dead and 11 (14 including the shooters) injured at a club in St Paul, MN. There were three shooters and they've been arrested.

The St. Paul Police Department reported just before noon Sunday that three men — ages 29, 32 and 33 — had been arrested in connection with the shooting, and were among those being treated for injuries.

“There were gunshot wound victims lying in the street outside the bar, there were gunshot wound victims lying on the sidewalk outside the bar and there were gunshot wound victims lying on the floor inside the bar,” he said during a news conference several hours after the shooting.

A woman in her 20s died at the scene, Linders said.

"One minute she's having good time, the next minute she's lying in her friends' arms who are trying to save her life. And she didn't make it. I can't think of anything worse,” he said.

Attorneys for Nikolas Cruz said Friday he intends to plead guilty to killing 17 people in the 2018 mass shooting at a Parkland, Fla., high school, setting the stage for a trial focusing on whether he will be sentenced to death.

Cruz’s defense lawyer told a Broward County judge in a morning hearing that Cruz would change his plea on all counts in the homicide case against him. The defense team is seeking 17 consecutive life sentences for Cruz, 23. Prosecutors are asking for the death penalty. The formal change of plea from Cruz is expected Wednesday, when his lead attorney in the case returns to the state.

Cruz also pleaded guilty Friday to assaulting a jailer in 2018. Appearing in court in a face mask, glasses and a black sweater, he told Circuit Judge Elizabeth Scherer that he understood the charges and felt competent entering the plea in the case, which is separate from his homicide trial.
