This sounds like a paid hit to me. A silencer and low velocity rounds? Very professional.

Could try 214+833 combo (unless it's Medicaid).

Man, I just saw the video on Reddit. That looked...professional. That was a fucking hit.
It really didn't look like someone unfamiliar with dropping targets in public.
The lengths NYPD is going to appease this dude's family is so hilarious to me. And depressing. No expense spared. Unlimited budget. 6 stars in GTA level.
They ain't got time to answer 911 calls for your ass though lol. Bigger fish to fry.
To protect (property) and serve (the wealthy)
If you have a slam dunk case of an assassin on trial and the person who paid for the hit, is there precedent on who gets more jail time?
As a victim advocate/family member, I think I'd care about the assassin magnitudes less than what I'd consider justice for the person who paid for the hit. Although I guess ideal would be life, no parole for both if you're that advocate.
I think precedent is kind of irrelevant. My expectation would be if both are caught, the hitman is going to go for a plea deal, maybe both of them. I would expect the hitman to get less time just because of that.
maybe they could only afford the B-team assassin
I mean, I had always assumed that "professional" non-government hitmen basically didn't exist. Most hitmen that could be hired are actually the FBI, but the rest are just desperate people likely with no relevant experience.
At least he didn't only hit him in the ear
Pro hitmen ~dont exist, but also don't be so quick to judge
