The NFL offices were in that building, but he took the wrong elevator bank to the wrong floor. He was apparently a CTE sufferer from (I think HS) football obsessed with the NFL not taking it seriously. He was a "football star" at Granada Hills HS in Los Angeles, can't find any info that he played in college. He was apparently all-conference but didn't aspire to play at a higher level.

On that wrong floor he murdered the CEO of Blacksone REIT.
