Honestly, I have to go back to the OJ Murder Trial to see a case so bungled by the prosecution.

The definition of self-defense is so stretched now as to be meaningless.
we're having a good time
Damn the prosecution must have seriously bungled that one up to lose it completely. Or my understanding of self defense and provocation is way off from what the law is.
Prosecution was average and the judge was mostly against them. Some of that was them defying his orders which I'm sure set him off and part of it was he was obviously in favor of Rittenhouse walking. Jury did what they were instructed to do.
The prosecution was an absolute fucking clown show, the fuck you mean "average"
They had a weak case to begin with and then just bungled it every step of the way.
OJ case , for white people.

American justice truly is blind
It's ok, he's allowed to open carry a rifle as a minor when he's hunting
Spoiler: show
Wild y'all thought for a second he was going to be guilty with how much the judge lived for that boy.
Innocent on all counts, as it should be.
Actually I'm not clear on something - was the prosecution seeking first-degree murder charges?
6 charges - 5 felonies
1st degree reckless homicide
1st degree intentional homicide
Attempted 1st degree intentional homicide
1st degree recklessly endangering safety against a reporter who intereviewed Rittenhouse
1st degree recklessly endangering safety against an unknown male
Judge dropped the misdemeanor charge of possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18
