Shooter was arrested last night after killing four and wounding three along with two car jackings. He had recently been released from prison after serving 11 months of a three year sentence for attempted murder.

That's by design though is my point. It's not incompetence or a lack of input from the state or Republicans , but intentionally setup this way, and we suffer the consequences as a society.

It's not a conspiracy theory if education is intentionally substandard and is loaded with indoctrination into supporting the status quo. So no, that theory is pretty sound based on empirical observation and reasoning.
