Well, there would probably be less near misses. Like with Dahmer and all the times he skated. It's not like serial killers don't know about forensic evidence and how to cover their tracks. It's just more shit to cover. If someone was murdering the homeless it's probably easier to be a serial killer, who knows. It's a silly thing to quantify based on assumptions from ones impression in the age of CSI and shit being a hit.
