The game last night was an all around shit show from the umps for both teams. One of the worst officiated games of the season and that’s saying a lot.

You'll be catching us about halfway through our 16 games in 16 days stretch, so I wouldn't be shocked if we go into a mini slump. If there's going to be any time we fall out of first in the West, this is probably going to be the time it happens. We have 2 more with the LOLMets, then 3 with the Braves, then straight home for 4 with the Brewers, then our last 3 with the Dodgers which will determine our tiebreaker with them as we are currently split 8-8 with them. Then followed with three at Colorado, then we get a day off. At the very least, need to take 2 of 3 from the Dodgers to have that tiebreaker in hand.

Woke up a little while ago and can't get back to sleep. Turned on the TV and the Dodgers/Padres game is STILL on! Bottom of the 14th now. They said this is the first time a game has gone past 14 since the runner on second rule.
