    Considering their remaining schedule (with like half of the games against the Giants) it seems very likely the Padres will finish the season under .500

    Someone on the giants subreddit found some horrible end of season estimation that had the dodgers running the table and finishing 17-0 while the giants don't even go .500 for the rest of the season.

    I mean the amount of Salt over Bellinger's playing time is glorious for all the FTD crowd.

    In Baseball you will generally win 1/3rd of your games, lose 1/3rd of your games, and how well you do with the remaining 1/3rd of your games is what matters. Then you can be the Orioles and they'll lose all of their games in that final 1/3rd (or more) so they'll lose at least 2/3rds of their games (or more).
