Happy for any team who hasn't won in awhile. Crazy to hear all the Blue Jays fans up in arms that a team with less wins than them won it all, but you're never gonna get that changed. Baseball is the most traditionalist sport in the biz. I almost lost my mind after hearing that they were considering automated umpires for the strike zone.

"All the Blue Jays fans" is actually a very small set of the fanbase. I personally find it pretty hilarious the Braves had the 12th best record in the league and half the run differential of the Jays, but that's just how divisional playoff formats work. The Jays missed the playoffs because their big plan for fixing the bullpen at the trade deadline was fucking Brad Hand.

Well, that an the fact that they didn't have the Mets and Phillies stinking up their division and giving them an easier entry, but nobody can control that.

The Jays had the O's doing their best to lose 2 teams worth of games, so that's something.

Posey's pitch framing is hard to quantify, but it's a major factor in why he's considered so good.
