We will take away a worker and add more patients.

So this will be an interesting test case after Ron DeSantis banned mandatory mask mandates for public schools. My county’s school superintendent called a press conference this morning and announced he has asked the governor for a temporary mandatory mask mandate for K-8 students in our county. In his letter he noted he was a DeSantis supporter and was opposed to mandatory masking but the new data and the Delta variant has raised his concerns and he is asking for an exception to DeSantis’ policy. Interesting to see if more local superintendents follow suit.
