I had to do the self swab tests into my nose lining. No clue if I did it right but I sure as hell put it way farther back than the crayons I used as a kid.

yeah i read an article about india: they were doing pretty well but then it seemed the government and the people were like, ok we're good, we don't have anything to worry about

basically the government started allowing maskless mass gatherings and even started giving away vaccines. pretty tragic. makes me wonder what state america would be in right now if biden hadn't won.

Are they doing the same test? I know there's one that's a reallllly deep tonsil tickler that is awful to go through, and one that just goes a little ways into the nasal cavity. I only had to do the latter when I was being tested for acting work

The deep one was a pcr test, and this one was a rapid test. That could def be it, and I'll find out when I go for a pcr test on Thursday

North Dakota is vaccinating Manitoban truckers.

This first cross-border vaccination programme between the two countries comes as Canada continues to lag far behind in its vaccination efforts.

Between 2,000 and 4,000 Manitoba truck drivers, who are considered essential workers, are expected to take part.

The scheme may expand to include energy workers who travel often to the US.

The vaccinations will be provided at no cost and will be available through appointments. Some 21 Canadian residents have been vaccinated so far, said Mr Burgum.

North Dakota will be offering the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and - if it is approved again - the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
