i will say there are a large vocal amount of people on social that have been preaching "listen to the experts" right up until yesterday, as well people acting like this is somehow banning the use of masks. just go through the comments on any of those tweets talking about the new CDC guidelines, some real stockholm vibes

I don't agree it's going to end well.

You should listen to them, however, people aren't bright and we're going to see vaccine holdouts getting sick and getting vulnerable people sick because they're going to ignore the fact these guidelines are for masked individuals only and there's literally no way to distinguish between those who are vaccinated and those that are not.

What's coming out of that now appears to be that he just tested positive, e.g SARS-CoV2 was in his nose but he isn't actually ill. He's fully vaccinated so makes sense.
