Yes, I know I live under a rock, but discovered Hazbit Hotel last week. Just got done binging the first season, and now waiting for the second to drop. Show was amusing, so I guess now I need to go watch Helluva Boss on Youtube.

I assume it's on Max, but man, I just started watching Rome for the first time. It is absolutely incredible. Have no idea how they could afford this before Game of Thrones. It looks so good shot on film. You can tell immediately and the color grading is perfect for this period piece. Ray Stevenson is a God.

Rome is an incredible work, liberties are taken with the history for simplicity sake but it's maybe the most authentic portrayal of Roman culture put to film and the characters / writing / acting all absolutely slap. damn shame the financials were fucked, especially after a massive fire ruined a lot of the obscenely expensive sets, and we only got 2 seasons instead of the planned 5, but man are those two good. Antony and Atia #1.

Halfway through season 2 of Tulsa King, so far the same quality as last season. Good TV, enjoyable cast, Stallone really nails it as irascible but shrewd old gangster. Nothing groundbreaking but so far not a bad episode.

Mehhhh... gonna take back some of the things I said about Tulsa King. The back half of season 2 has a drop off in quality, makes me wonder if Stallone took more of a driver's seat in the direction of the series because it felt like a tone shift to "Dwight is a flawed man starting to take a hard look at the consequences of his actions and attitude" to "literally everything Dwight does is the right move, always."

Watched Secret Level. IMO, Warhammer and Unreal Tournament were the best with Crossfire being pretty good. Pac Man was too weird to find enjoyable and New World, despite some humor, was disappointing. D&D could have used a few more minutes of content. Sifu was fine, but wasn't much of a original story. Armored Core looked cool, but that pilot was a emo Master Chief... idk.

Anyone watching the 2nd set of Secret Level episodes? I'm still mostly just whelmed but these overall were more interesting and entertaining than the first half.
