always felt DQ battle system was slow which is why I have issue playing DQ XI

almost got it for switch but idk my switch's joycons keep dying and I'm kinda over the whole system lol. it's a good portable game tho

fascinating that this game has an option to turn the map markers for your next location off. I am normally a huge fan of map markers but not in my classic Dragon Quest so it was nice to be able to turn them off. also picked Draconian mode because I always feel that the DQ remakes are too easy. if a boss in DQ doesn't wipe the floor with you the first time then is it even a boss?
