story the best I know:

Elon claimed to be “one of the top ranked PoE2” players in the world. At one point he was showing off his character. it became very clear he doesn’t play the game, at least more than casually; his layouts sucked, had no understanding of how to navigate areas properly, at one point he was trashing his gear not being good enough when he had pretty much best in slot for most pieces (i do not play the game, but others have said he made it clear he doesn’t understand stat rolls on gear). it’s pretty clear he plays an account that someone else leveled/developed for him to make him look good

asmon and other streamers talked about it, and elon retaliated by taking away asmons verification, and also releasing texts to make asmon seem like he is beholden to others, which just made elon look dumber because most big content creators pay editors to do videos of their content for them

so basically elon is still a loser

Dire Maul pull on hardcore, he ran away from it when pull turned bad. Cast a few mage spells and then was like "I have no mana what do you want me to do?" or something. Apparently was 2nd or 3rd time there was a bad pull and he was pissed or fed up or w/e. 2 people lost characters over it so I mean people literally died so that makes matters much worse.

It's fucking wild haha, people trying to dox him over it and all types of shit now. Most are like "He didn't say sorry, so now we need to swat him!"
