The buckets are public to all. BG Bucket's original goal was to let anyone reshare their images anywhere without suffering from that annoying PhotoBucket "You're over the free tier bandwidth limit. Upgrade Today." crap that polluted the internet in 200X.

Once images are deleted from your bucket account, it will take a few days for all the links to turn into a 404 until all the caches and such expire.
