I accessed from multiple IPs because I was bringing my laptop to the school to afk craft during breaks in class.

And apparently that was flagged as suspicious activity.

Lol they finally got back to me. Account was banned for "activity that looked like it was automated" or something along those lines.

The closest thing I can think of is that I re-assigned my G910 macro keys to be Shift+1 through Shift+5...

The boilerplate response was that this decision is final. I still sent in a reply. If they really don't unban me, I'm going to contest my CC charges.

Rofl. They said I was caught doing the Steel Rake kinah exploit.

Which I never did, but I ran the instance like clockwork every 5hrs until I got 5/5 golds so their crappy system probably just "caught" me because I had been doing it so much despite never having over 10M Kinah on my account.

But they graciously decided to lower the punishment to 1 week suspension over a perma ban.
