I do wonder if they'll incorporate the fact that the castle is it's own entity separate from Dracula. It was only ever mentioned in one game, though it was more of a retcon to explain why the castle is always different every time it shows back up.

Based on the events of season 4
Spoiler: show

Twitter outrage has been dumb since folks are somehow expecting games with maybe a couple paragraphs of text apiece at best are somehow supposed to stretch into 8+ episodes. Other part is just your usual right-wing bitching.
Frankly, my only real complaint would be the singing part. I don't know if it's just that style or if the singer wasn't good, but I was kinda cringing the longer it went on.
The singing grew on me, but yeah def not great. Realistic, but not great lol

Season was dope as hell. Can’t wait for the next.
Spoiler: show
New trailer.
Fight animation good, acting decent, otherwise kinda whelmed.
It mostly finishes what it started, but I think I'll just say it errs more toward the bad side of creative liberties.
Absolutely loved it! Fantastic animation and story telling. Did it deviate from the lore? Sure. But it’s not like they closed the door for a SOTN sequel season.
And let’s be honest. Characters like Olrox and Drolta were barely a footnote in Castlevania to begin with.
Def set up for another season. Last 2 ep were amazing.
As someone who never really followed the Castlevania games, I found the show very enjoyable.
From what I'm reading from people, I take it Netflix is doing their own creative liberties and not concretely following whatever is supposed to be canon?
Canon isn't exactly rigid in Castlevania, the 2d games that make up the vast majority of the franchise aren't what you would call story heavy
Especially considering there hasn't been a new game in the main series timeline since 2008 (Lords of Shadow was an alternate timeline)
