Yea I would wait, I was disappointed in deadpool on how short it was. Also didnt think he was a very interesting character mechanics wise

Honestly the one I'm looking forward to the most is Storm. And Morbius to see if they recorded a Deadpool line that says "It's Morbin time" If they didn't what a lost opportunity. Also to see how he differentiates himself from Blade.

Probably. Sadly the game flopped it sounds like. But hopefully it will have some legs through the years because it was fantastic.

Even though the first DLC was "short" story wise it adds a new mechanic, new character, tons of new voiced dialogue and new enemy types. I couldn't have really asked for more. Apparently each DLC is going to have their own set of enemies and such. Adds some variety to the missions. Storm is definitely the one I want to see most.

I would imagine it will probably either lead to more DLC (since there are something like 20 rooms in the abbey). I really hope they continue to support the game, I would love more content for it.

Legendary Edition--the one with everything, including season pass--is 50% off on PSN right now, $49.99. I'd jump on it for that if it wasn't Firaxis, it'll probably be like $15 complete edition before the one year release date knowing them.

On sale now on PSN for this weekend only. Base game is $27.99 while Legendary Edition (all the DLC including season pass) is $39.99 so I’m probably gonna snag that but damn I just bought FFXVI and haven’t even played that yet!

It’s on sale again, and now that I finished FFXVI I picked up the legendary edition for $40. Played thru a few hours last night and the opening is a big tutorial slog holy shit. The three or four mission battles I’ve done were fun but holy shit let me play the game.

Finished the campaign. Had a lot of fun. Don’t think it has nearly the replay value as an XCOM title. Midnight Suns doesn’t have that random spicy factor that makes things challenging and interesting like XCOM did. Also, it’s missing a fun factor knowing your characters can’t permanently die like XCOM. But obviously you can’t have Spiderman and Iron Man dying or something, so I get it. The attack animations were super cool and very over the top super hero fare that really fit the vibe. Exploring the Abbey was a fun distraction to break up the grind. Even having all of the DLC characters, I don’t think there was a big enough roster of heroes to choose from.

If I was to rank the DLC characters, Venom is by far the best, he’s a damn beast. Following that, Morbius is pretty good and his Forge upgrade to alter character stats is pretty fun to play with. Deadpool was pretty underwhelming and Storm was just outright lame.
