Cool. SE store exclusive physical release, with limited stock....and it's USD$75, before considering their atrocious shipping prices to Canada. So much for me getting a physical release. Really though, they didn't think this would warrant a proper retail release on the Switch at the least with its brand name? They've done it with less in the past (hi Secret of Mana collection).

I don't know what they're smoking with the CE version though. Doesn't even come with a high quality statue like the FFXVI bundle. Hell, a decade ago for its 25th anniversary in Japan, for another $100, that got you all of the FF series released on Sony platforms up to XIII (including XI) with Amano art printed on the 22 discs, which was far more of a collector's item.

I think so but I wouldn't count on it. I showed the news to my friend and he said 75 dollars is the same price SE is asking for on Steam so you'd have to hope and wait for a sale.

Yeah, hoping for a cheaper option, forgetting that this is SE, and when it comes to their ports of final fantasy, they think they are Nintendo.

Got the bundle. First one I loaded up was VI. Anyone know how to make this look nicer on pc? I tried fiddling around with some settings but didn’t get anywhere. The images from the pc version I looked up on a search engine look way nicer than mine.

I know but I haven't seen any Physical standard edition either, so maybe someone saw them in the US with a price tag

And you were right about the release - it's coming on 19th April. The console versions will also have a font select opinion and extra menu with things like boosted exp or no encounters

Its 6 old as fuck games, most of which have multiple remasters, and these arent even the remasters with added content. Metroid remastered is 50 bucks, thats the absolute tops of what I would pay for this ff pixel remake bundle.
