It's shitty he isn't being allowed to do what he thinks is best for his health and career, but it also strikes me as disingenuous for his people to be out there saying "if he got surgery today he could still be ready for camp" when no NHL player has ever successfully returned to play from disc replacement.

I find it pretty implausible he was fixing games. I don't think any skater could do that alone without it being very obvious. Unless Martin Jones was in on it I guess, that would explain a lot lol.

Nah. He has a very solid contract that specifically states the team has say over his health procedures. This is standard as fuck. Sorry kid. Buffalo didn't treat you well and I know you want out, but having your agent throwing a temper tantrum Twitter isn't gonna help.

Tbh I'm over his ass anyways. He's always got a fucking attitude in the ice, but its never with an "edge". Its always some pouty face because his AHL left wing missed a wide open net on a shot he should have taken himself.

There’s not just betting on win/loss either, there’s betting on the spread and all sorts of other stupid shit. There’s bets out there like “will EKane score a goal tonight” and on those nights maybe he could’ve passed a bit more than shot.
