It's even more surprising you don't hear about it happening often at indy events where there is no rail/barrier and wrestlers go into the crowds. There's a video of a guy that tried to jump Jacob Fatu (how does anyone think that is remotely a good idea?) making the rounds, but you would think you'd see more examples of it happening.
