Kyrie backpedaling all over ig, wouldn’t be surprised if he got the shot any day now
I love so much that when he was asked about this situation multiple times he just said it was a private matter and wouldn't answer any questions, and now suddenly he's an advocate for... well whatever he's claiming today.
Well now that he knows the shot is worth 186 million and he's going to end up on a non championship team of course he's going to get it.
If COVID in NYC is extremely low come spring of 2022 are they really going to keep up the hassle of vax mandates? Kyrie could probably ride this out and be fresh for the end of the regular season and playoffs.
He's still going to lose a shit ton of money as he won't be paid per game he misses. If he rides it out that long, even if the vaccine mandate goes away, I could see the Nets still keeping him on the shelf through the year.
Yeah at that point the players and org might not want to deal with his shit anymore.
Kyrie is a super skilled player but as we've seen since he refused to accept LeBron as his father figure, the man is a massive massive headache with major injury concerns and who will sometimes just disappear from his team without explanation.
So the new adventure circulating around at this point is that even though he reported to the team, Ben Simmons is not allowed to participate in any team activities because he's still in health and safety protocols ie unvaccinated
get my man a sports psychologist asap
Imagine having the body of a 1-inch-shorter Giannis and being a better ball handler and passer but have no interest in dunking
like, give Ben Simmons' body to most BG NBA posters and they'd figure out how to be perennial all-stars
you're 6'11 dude wtf are you doing

the difference in mindset could not be more drastic. Giannis has put in so much work into every aspect of his game, from physical development to passing to dribbling to post moves. in his rookie year i'm not sure Giannis had a single skill that was league average. he was so so raw while rookie Simmons was polished beyond belief.
few stars have a Giannis mindset tbr Luka shows up every preseason like he spent the summer eating every tapas he could find in Ibiza Giannis showed up every early year like he spent about sixteen hours a day in the weight room guzzling tren
googled it and Giannis came into the league at 190 and weighs 242 today lmao. maybe a touch of at and an inch of height but my dude threw on nearly 50 lbs of muscle as a pro lord jesus.
uh oh
contract talks with Ayton have ended with no deal. restricted free agent this summer. prolly ain't worth it but 2 wins away from a chip ehhhhhhh
Sarver strikes again
