No idea. All is said in the news from yesterday was the 5th Circuit was the first to place a stay on the OSHA rule. In total, 34 lawsuits were filed in 10 days in all 12 regional circuits that led to the lottery.

I'm guessing the suits from labor unions that asked for more protections that applied to all employers, not just the ones with more than 100, were filed in the 1st, 2nd, 9th, and the DC circuits.

Or, devils advocate, the experts havent tested ivermectin in the western world because its not financially profitable to do so? Are they discrediting third world studies because theyre third world?

I hate speaking in certainties in medicine, but she 100% took ivermectin. I see this in probably 75% of the hospital admissions that had been on ivermectin. It usually accompanies elevated LFTs and AKI.

The rich country studies that do exist (and aren't fraudulent, as they get into in the post) mostly show little or negative effects, but there aren't as many of them.
