I never tested positive. We tested Sunday (negative) since my sister popped positive that weekend. My wife works with her and told me her mask etiquette is a bit sketchy. Anyway most of their team has tested positive.

Wife tested positive on Wednesday but I tested negative, again. I've had light symptoms on and off since last Thurs but apparently I'm immune because I tested yesterday thru work and got another negative result.....

I thought for sure with omicron I'd test positive. We live in an apt so it's not like quarantine was an option. I guess immunity was my big Christmas gift this year.

This isn't the only instance of this happening in the last day or two.

Have to imagine there's just no stopping this at this point. Every human that interacts with others in any fashion will get COVID. Guaranteed.

If it's not the beginning of the end (of the pandemic) I don't really know what to think it is because it's too bad to contemplate.

I cannot see a possible way to avoid the virus without full blown April 2020 Tymon levels of personal isolation now. Even boosted people are getting it at high rates.

Is that even smart? I guess it is for very high risk people... but if you are boosted and healthy it kinda seems like delaying the inevitable.

Seems all you can do is ensure you nerf the virus' effect on you as much as possible before you inevitably get it.
