Vitamin C is very water soluble and your kidneys easily pull it out of your blood if you don't need it. There is little to no possible harm in a megadose of vitamin C.

It isn't clear exactly what megadoses of vitamin C are good for in people with healthy diets. It is harmless, though.

i had a zoom doctor consult yesterday, they ordered routine blood work for me before the in-person visit, and it's at Quest labs. But like, they didn't send me an email with the bloodwork order, I think he sent it directly to quest? But I made an account there and can't like, find my standing order - and if I try to call and inquire it's all automated. If I make an appointment are they just going to be like "oh, [firstname.lastname] yes I see your order right here" or what?
