FTX is the stuff legends are made out of.

*No board meeting ever.
*No corporate structure.
*No HR, no idea who their employees or contractors even are or what their duties and obligations are. Clear case of fraudulent employees.
*Don't even know what their bank accounts are or where their money is.
*Deleted and encouraged employees to all delete their company messages as a regular procedure, no record keeping.
*Chapter 11 is likely costing about a million bucks a day.
*CEO and co-founder used a shared group email to handle assets, private keys, etc.
*Money was all placed into a slush fund with no balance sheet. They have no idea of anything basically.
*Used corporate funds for extravagant private and personal purchases. Billions used for personal loans or hedgefund.
*Defrauded investors. Their money is long gone. Bigger than Madoff, worse than Enron.
*Were audited by a firm my wife used to work for, and we find it hilarious because their audit is cited in court documents to be unable to be trusted. Having listened to the gripes during her tenure it is absolutely no surprise.
