    It's nothing to do with Hubbard's ground game. CMC picks up blitzes on key downs. He demands so much attention on every down that there's always an advantage somewhere else if Darnold can find it, which he's efficient at. Without CMC Darnold is trying to thread a lot more passes into coverage he wouldn't normally attempt. Not to mention these dump offs to Hubbard that went for 3-5 yards that are 10-15 yard plays with CMC.

    CMC is just a flat out cheat code for the entire offense.
