I’m not gonna defend the boarding but the Kreider impact with Murray is not an intent to injure, he honestly looks like he’s trying to jump back away from murray but Murray comes so far out while kreider is making a hockey play (redirecting a shot into the net)

The Habs and Sharks will have played both games against each other before the season is 3 weeks old.

I get scheduling can be a bit difficult while trying to minimize long distance travel, but east vs west teams shouldnt have both games against each other in such a short time frame.

I was wondering why the Kings have 3 games in 4 days but two of them are @ St. Louis consecutively with a day gap. And the final game is in LA on Nov 3rd.

And I was almost ready to write off the Kings season if Doughty was gone long term. Only a minor knee sprain from an inadvertent knee-on-knee hit last Friday in Dallas.

Yeah, the Sharks had a back to back with Ottawa and Toronto, then a day off to travel to Boston. Still surprised they actually made it a competitive game with Boston, being that we were down 4-1 going into the third.

The schedule is always fucked, it has very little to do with the Olympics (although that does contribute). The league is still also insisting on the all-star break in an Olympic year, which is idiotic.

I know why the league still chooses to have an ASG, but as a fan I ask why would I feel bothered to watch it. After what they did and almost did to John Scott, I still have such an unpleasant taste for the whole event. Ruined something completely organic so Gary can roll a Honda out onto the ice.
