I think there ended up being another angle that showed he didn't actually headbutt him, just looked that way from the back because of how he threw the punch. Nevertheless, the ref did a great job restraining Yamamoto so Andersson could tee of on him.

Also that slash had to hurt. I think Stutzle looked like he hurt something at the end of the game last night as well.
