Related to OBJ, a team claiming him via waivers must have immediate cap room of $7.5 mil to even place a claim. A team cannot claim him and attempt to work out the cap after. This leaves the following teams eligible as of this second:

Panthers / Steelers / Chargers / Jags / WFT / Eagles / Seahawks / Broncos / Bengals

My guess is he is a Seahawk if he is claimed. Else he is a FA and goes to a team not on that list. I think he goes to the Ravens if he hits FA.
