Granted, it looks blurry as shit on the Steam Deck, but I would assume/hope S-E would put some resources into optimizing assets for a dedicated port for Switch 2, so they can it at a more acceptable base resolution, rather than banking on DLSS-Light to clean-up/anti-alias a low resolution image. Least it shouldn't be on the level of DQXI where S-E had to basically rebuild the whole game for its Switch 1 release.
The main upgrade 7R on Switch 2 seems to have is mostly not having the texture streaming issues the PS4 original had, probably courtesy of it both being the Integrade version of the game (which comes with other visual benefits), but also it simply having more RAM available than the PS4, and flash storage vs. a 5400rpm drive..
