I really do believe there is going to be some kind of FFT reference or cross over once Cloud emerges from the lifestream. Since they got Cloud and Aerith’s VA to be in the Ivalice Chronicles I think SE is all in on this corporate synergy stuff. And Gilgamesh will probably return. He was a real highlight of Rebirth.

It's so annoying that Cloud and Aerith are in Ivalice Chronicles but Luso and Balthier are left out.

Yes, but in the original, Aerith just had a few lines to throw back to her opening CG sequence in FF7; didn't she even have a name and was just called "Flower Peddler".

So what happens to the 9999 damage when you wear the genji gloves? I'm curious if it just brings all 'lower than 9999' damage up to that, or if it makes all damage hit some kinda cap
