also the irrelevant games need to be played first so more teams don't tank week 18. the saints can still technically get in the playoffs. if the saints game happened a day early, and they lost, the niners could rest their starters

It is wild to me that the Ravens are basically out of the playoffs. Just recently they were the #1 seed. AFC is ridiculously competitive.

they can still make it if the colts lose and then the raiders win (and they win), but yeah not ideal

In every season the Brady/Belichick Pats won 12 games they either won the final game of the season or Brady started the game and they lost.

But yes, one of those losses they had clinched and Brady only played a half.

If they had won that 2014 game to get the 13th win, they would've had a 13 game win streak of 1, because they had 12 wins the season before and after.
