Help me with a conspiracy theory?

I need help finding a topic about a conspiracy theory:

So I went on vacation the past couple days, and at one point I was browsing reddit, and I read this comment about a conspiracy theory (I don't think the thread had anything to do with conspiracy theories, but I don't even remember what it was about). I had never heard of the theory before and it sounded complete wacko. I have a friend who enjoys looking up random shit, and I thought to myself, "I gotta ask him to look that shit up and explain it to me."

In any case, of course I forgot what it was, and I am bashing my head against the wall trying to find it on the internet. This is what I remember:

The conspiracy theory started decades ago (I wanna say 70s or 80s, but not sure.)
The conspiracy theory said there was a phrase they would hear when stuff was gonna happen.
Trump said the phrase at some point (leading into debates on whether he knew of the conspiracy; therefore, playing off it OR just coincidence).
Covid is part of the theory being realized.
Conspiracy theory had some kinda code name. I wanna say it began with an N.

Let me be very clear, I don't believe this shit at all, but I never heard of it before. wanted to share it with him for a laugh, but now I can't find anything about it.

Anyone heard of it before?

This has become a "if it weren't for my horse" situation.
