Whelp, it finally got me. Took 2 of the USPS tests and both came back positive.
Good luck to everyone that has managed to avoid it so far.
Tested negative yesterday, back at work today. Wife annoyed that her son and me had really minor symptoms and she's been wrecked lol.
Someone hit her up with a huge load

Well, so far covid free here at least as far as I can tell lol. Going back to my fav pharmacy Thursday to present my arm for the new booster shots (Yes, they are out. Check with your doctors or the pharmacy).
I'm hoping I never catch this crud. Ugh.
Our 6.5 month old baby gets his first shot today!

Kinda sucks they've basically not even tried to bring nasal/sterilizing vaccines to market and instead we're going with the "flu shot v.2" route
I wholeheartedly believe there are many diseases that could be cured if the loss in residual profits wasn't an issue

The original Covid vaccine would've probably cured it...if covid hadn't mutated. There's plenty of profits to be made from a "variant proof" and/or sterilizing vaccine, but it requires the feds to show the same urgency they did towards the original Covid vaccines to bring them to market in a timely fashion.
talmbout covid is just a worse flu now smh
although given how dogshit booster takeup has been I find it tough to believe people would line up for even an exceptionally good vaccine
I'd be somewhat confident that health insurers would rather cover a covid vaccine rather than deal with a massive hospital bill that could happen with Long Covid. Insurers could always prove me wrong though.
It's still kinda crazy to me that the ACA didn't make all vaccines 100% covered by insurance period.
