My wife is apparently a mutant and didn’t catch it despite being in the house with me all last week during my quarantine and taking care of my daughter the entire time. Her test was negative and it’s kind of mind blowing.

she could've had before you did, had no idea because she was asymptomatic, and gave it to you. she could be testing negative on the pcr test now because the virus already left her and she isn't taking an antibody test to find out if she's already had it

or she does have it right now, is asymptomatic, and she's just in the incubation period portion of having it where you can be taking the pcr test, still have covid, but show up negative.

unless you're getting both an antibody test and a pcr test every single day, its honestly impossible to know where you actually stand with covid

Put in my order for the free tests right away. So far my son and wife both have tested negative last week and this week after having exposures at work and school respectively. Hoping the other kids in my son's class test negative today so he can head back to school tomorrow.

If we are telling birth stories my wife had our first son in the hospital and she did not like the experience so our two younger kids were born at home with a midwife.

So far I'm impressed the free covid tests site hasn't crashed like most games on launch day. On the other hand maybe there's not as much demand as expected.

While I get what you are saying, I’d like to point out we, in fact, don’t see our vagina split in two. We don’t actually get to see anything.

Which I am thankful for. Because my daughter split my vagina in two, and I’m glad I only had to deal with the pain.

when I got covid (a bit over a year ago) before we were vaxxed my wife avoided it even though we in the same tiny house together also, i quarantined to the bedroom but we had been doing the dirty on new years and the day before i lost my smell. we were really surprised too

kinda sucked at the time because she had to wait the ~10 days for my quarantine then because of the possible week incubation time she ended up quarantining almost twice as long as I did

kinda funny to think about that now when the policy is basically go to work if you dont have snot running out your nose
