Travelled to Boston for the week at the HQ. Started with two positive tests yesterday, now up to 5. I was in very close contact for a long time with one of the most recent ones.
Wife is gonna hate me for not helping with the three month old baby but I gotta self quarantine and rest up with some video games.
So youre patient zero
what's crazy is i actually met someone who got covid months before the start of the pandemic. he told me he was working in china then traveled back to midwest america before he was completely dumpstered by it
at the time the doctors had never seen it before and it took him weeks to recover
On the food poisoning front, Astylla got it really bad when we flew to Tampa when her father passed away. ER overnight visit, projectile vomiting on the EMT, whole nine yards. 0/10 would not recommend.
Update on my anti-vax anti-covid relative who has “food poisoning”:
Now on day four with no improvement.
At what point should i give em the ol “you probably have covid and may want to take this seriously” talk? Im leaning to day 7.
Already time for my booster shots, but had to delay the schedule cuz I am suffering from cold, cough and fever.
Whatever it is, I am not going for a Covid or Omicron test. Just taking my meds and hoping to get better.
"If he dies, he dies."
Im not cold enough to have that mentality to family.
just warm enough to mock
Oh absolutely.
I think you missed the part where i said they are full blown anti-vax covid-denier.
^On that note, overheard my parents talking about how "it's funny that covid went away but it'll conveniently be back before election day," sigh
